4th-7th Grade, Computer Science Discoveries: An introductory course that empowers students to engage with Computer Science as a medium for creativity, communication, problem solving, and fun.  This course takes a wide lens approach and will cover topics in programming, physical computing, HTML/CSS, and data.  The course will inspire students as they work on building their own websites, apps, games and physical computing devices.  Access to a laptop with internet capabilities is required.

Outside commitment: Minimal

 8th-12th Grade, Computer Science Principles: This course will cover many topics including the Internet, Big Data and Privacy, and Programming and Algorithms.  This course will introduce students to the foundational concepts of computer science and will challenge them to explore how computing and technology can impact the world.  More than just a traditional introduction to programming, this will be an engaging and approachable course that will explore many of the foundational ideas of computing so all students understand how these concepts are transforming the world we live in.  Access to a laptop with internet capabilities is required
